As Executive Assistant to the Partners, and Studio Manager for Circus, Tess enjoys connecting people and projects.

Tess started out her career at Saatchi & Saatchi, and has acted as PA to senior executives at companies including Experian, Harrods and Godiva Chocolatier. She brings a wealth of operations experience to the role, and joins from the NHS where she was the co-ordinator of 2024’s best performing London A&E.

Originally from Wales, Tess enjoys cooking and hikes with her husband, Jimi, and Golden doodle, Finn.
