Aldo Maland – Communications Orchestrator

Aldo works across research, cultural insights and project coordination at Circus. He plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the team – from managing diaries and supporting collaborators, to producing the daily news digest that keeps the studio sharp, curious and connected.

With a background in performance, Aldo brings a creative sensibility and storytelling mindset to everything he does. He began his career as a child actor, appearing in Hanna, The Alienist, and The Sisters Brothers, before training at RADA. He later worked front-of-house in London’s West End, gaining a rich understanding of audience experience and the collaborative craft behind culture-making.

He is currently studying Business Management at the Open University. Alongside his work at Circus, he writes scripts and stays close to the worlds of film, theatre and fashion – always exploring the space where ideas and industries intersect.
