Aditi Singh – Associate

Aditi works across research, service design and strategic facilitation at Circus. She brings a systems-thinking mindset to complex challenges, supporting purpose-led transformation through collaborative design processes and practical implementation.

Prior to joining Circus, Aditi worked with David Kester & Associates, where she supported public and private sector clients through design-led strategy and innovation programmes. She also brings experience from Tata Consultancy Services, in Bangalore where she spent over two years managing cross-sector projects in healthcare, financial services and social innovation.

Aditi holds a master’s in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a background in engineering. She is driven by a belief in human-centred systems and inclusive design. Outside work, she enjoys exploring the intersections of design, policy and technology.
